Question: How long should you take telecast for nasal congestion/cough symptoms ? The pulmonologist said d"o not stop any medication till you see me again" . However he is on vacation now and 8 days have passed since initial meeting. Can we stop ?

Can we continue Duonase also beyond a week ? My wife said she is experiencing a slight tightness in the chest in the morning after getting up for 1-2 days.
