Brief Answer:
Depends on the damage that the alcohol has caused in the body.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Those values will depend on how long a person has been drinking alcohol in a quantity which has been toxic for that person.
The alcohol will be undetectable from the breathing tests from 24 hours after no use of alcohol.
The liver enzymes will return to normal after 1-2 weeks, but can be abnormal up to 3-6 weeks if the damage of the liver has been acute and high like in the case of an alcoholic hepatitis.
Other values in the blood sometimes will never return to normal unless a person gets treatment for that deficiency. For example if a person has a folate deficiency it will need up to 3 months to have back normal values. Same with vit B deficiency.

I hope this answers your question.
