You seem to be obese with the anthropometric measurement.
Have you tested blood sugar and thyroid profile. If not please get it checked.
Inaddition I would suggest having small frequent meal:
1. Warm glass of water as you wake up
2. Healthy breakfast with a good mix of proteins and some carbohydrates like 2 idly or 1 dosa or rava upma or oats meal or others
3. Half your lunch
4. Snack with Fruits and nuts
5. light dinner with 2 roti and sabji and curd.
Alternatively you can follow a ketodiet personalised by a nutritionist.
Make sure you start exercise for 45 mins every day for at least 5 days a week - both cardio exercise and gym.
