Question: Hi Team
To start with, problems with my digestive system started when I was very young, all credit goes to my unhealthy diet and sedentry lifestyle.
And in recent years, I am doing regular workout and try to have healthy diet only. However I still cannot maintain a healthy digestive system. I would like to share my routine and events from last two years before coming at current predicament:
Hieght: 5'8''
I weighed around 80 kg during the first half of 2012 and was regularly taking alcohol with no proclivity to healthy foods. Then in the beginning of XXXXXXX I started intense cardia and a strict healthy diet. I followed this regime until I dropped to 61 kg in October 2012. From there on, I started doing
weight training to gain muscle mass and resorted to High Protein diet. I currently weigh 74 kg with only prominent fat in the abdominal obliques.
Diet Plan (June 2012 - October 2012): Sprouts in the breakfast, two idlis with sambhar in lunch or two chapatis with little curry, Boiled beans or One chapatti or 10 egg whites for dinner. Only juice on Sundays with no solid food or milk.
Digestive Problems Observed: Sometimes constipation
Diet Plan (November 2012 - till date): 500 ml double-toned milk with 150 gm fruit
muesli for Breakfast, overnight water soaked figs (5) and apricots (6) in the early morning or post workout , 3 chapatti with curry n 200 gm curd for Lunch, 10-14 egg whites after few hours, Roasted Chicken Breast (300-400gm) with dried vegetable dish for dinner.
In addition to this I take fruits n juice, drink 6-7 litre of water and sometimes have brown bread sandwich with no cream/cheese.
I havent had a pizza or burger or any fast food since XXXXXXX 2012. However i occasional eat roasted peanuts or 100-200gm paneer, boiled soya beans etc. Alcohol consumption is very minimum (once or twice a month)
However I have to empty my stomach 3-4 times a day else I start
bloating. This affects a lot when it comes to building strong body by increasing diet n exercise. I am left with very little capacity to eat more healthy food before bloating
