According to my doctor's opinion I have to continue medicine for long life with varied dose depending on physical condition. If I will be under medication and maintain exercise, healthy diet is it possible to get permanent remission? Is there any chance for ankylosing spondylitis in my case?
According to symptoms of reactive arthritis, it is to be informed that I have not any symptoms of UTI or food poison.
How can I get rid of reappearing this disease?

Brief Answer:
Ankylosing spondylitis is unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Ankylosing spondylitis is unlikely because it affects your hip and spine first.
UTI may be there or may not be there it is not a must.
You can very well control the symptom by proper drugs and it may take one month to six months for symptom reductions
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
