Brief Answer:
You do not need vitamin D supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Vitamin supplements are only needed by persons who do not get enough in diet. With a healthy living and good diets, you should not be concerned about low vitD levels. Unfortunately, persons spend so much money on vitamin supplements that they do not really need.

My advice is that you get your vitD levels checked. If they are low, then we shall supplement and if we don't find any deficiencies, I will strongly discourage you fro spending money on these highly advertised supplements that have no additional benefits to health.

For water, I will say a minimum of 1.5L per day and even more in hot climates. With well functioning kidneys, there is no need to limit how much water you can drink as the body would retain what is necessary and eliminate the rest.

Am sorry if you find this hard but that's the language I use with my clients when it comes to vitamins supplementation.

I hope you find this helpful. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more
