Question: my baby girl is 10 months how much maxtra dose can be given for cold she is suffering from.running nose from yesterday

Detailed Answer:
You have not mentioned, what medicines, you are giving & how many doses for each medicine, you have given so far.
However, for cold, running nose, usually we may just use a saline nasal spray/ drop to soften & clear the mucus, use of bulb suction to suck the mucus out of nose, use of cool mist humidifier to moist the dry air & application of petroleum jelly locally to nose to avoid irritation to skin of nose & area around it caused by repeated wiping of nose.
For fever, you may give OTC tylenol etc. 3 times a day or at the maximum after every 4-6 hours, but not exceeding the total dose during 24 hours to 4.
If the patient is not getting relief within 2-3 days, then you are required to consult your doctor regarding this. No antibiotic or decongestant should be given to an infant without consulting your doctor.
