How Much Palpitations Cause Anxiety?

Question: Hi there
Currently am on metfromin for pcos
Progesterone 200 x 2 a day for pregnancy
Just found out am having a miscarriage but will have to see if it expels or not
I have questions about blood work. Having much palpitations causing alot of anxiety for me
Twice my anion gap blood test was 4 mmol/L
Twice my CL was 108 mmol/L
Today only my Phosphate was tested and it was at 0.66 mmol/L
My HCG went from 8500 to 1138 so dr said Def a miscarriage I was 6 weeks.
I also tested my ALP this week it was normal not sure if that's the same as the Phosphate test.
Concerned about the off measurements. Having lots of anxiety. Had a CT last year and I had so much incorrect info on it including stating I had appendectomy and surgical clips both of which I didn't so I wasn't to discuss specifically the 2 blood tests that are off because I'm worried and nobody at urgent care is. Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Nothing much to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have gone through the reports.
There is nothing much to worry as of now.
The chloride level is slightly on the higher side, the value is not alarming and most probably it is due to dehydration as other causes like kidney diseases have been less likely because your RFT (renal function test is normal).
The low anion gap is mostly because of high sodium. Even if your anion gap is high or low, that doesn't necessarily mean you have a serious health problem.
Phosphate is slightly low, it can be an incidental finding and you can include more milk products in your diet for correction.
ALP(alkaline phosphatase) is different from phosphate, which is an indicator of liver disease.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Thank you. I appreciate it. Do you think the phosphate could be causing my palpitations or is it likely it's due to the miscarriage? You've helped calm my nerves.
Brief Answer:
Not related to phosphate.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The palpitation most likely caused by your excessive and unwanted anxiety.
Phosphate does not cause these symptoms.
If symptoms persist you can go for a TFT(thyroid function test) because hyperthyroidism often cause palpitation, increased heart rate and sweating.
Thanks.
