Brief Answer:
personal hygiene maintenance

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Maintenance of personal hygiene is very mandatory
Give him sponge bath daily
dry the skin after sponge bath using a soft absorbable cloth

Turn him to sides often in every 1 hour

Use water bed to avoid hard contact of bed to skin

For already present clean by povidine iodine and dress it with T BACT ointment
He may need antibiotics for quick relief.

For which you need to consult local physician as it needs prescription.

Any issue do follow up.
