Brief Answer:
Baseline before starting and after 3 months

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Seroquel can increase blood sugar, cholesterol and other lipids, increase prolactin level, produce hypothyroidism and QT prolongation on the EKG.
So I do a baseline test to detect if there are any pre - existing problems before I start the treatment.
If the levels are normal, then I repeat them after the first 3 months if they have no symptoms. If there are symptoms like excess urination, thirst or change in sexual desire and erectile disorder in men or irregular periods in women, the appropriate test is done earlier. If at 3 months the results are normal, I repeat them after an year if there are no symptoms.
