Since you are taking whey protein powders for the body growth,then I would suggest you to take it without artificial sweeteners like Iso-natural or hardcore whey. Because sweeteners contain high sugar which has NOT much role in body building like protein.
However,there is NO harm in taking whey protein powders of reputed brands containing artificial sweeteners if its helping you.
