Brief Answer:
Laser surgery is safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having refractive error of 4.25 dioptres in right eye and you want to undergo laser refractive surgery.

Laser refractive surgeries are safe and very effective in correcting refractive errors.
The complications are usually absent with recent advances in the type of surgery. With the advent of recent surgical techniques like intralase LASIK, the flap related complications are not seen now. With customized LASIK, the final vision is very much superior. Hence no need to worry about the complications.

Laser refractive surgeries can correct up to -10 dioptres of myopia.
Since corneal thickness is normal and you can undergo laser refractive surgery.

The common problems which are encountered following refractive laser surgery are dryness of eye. These can be prevented with proper evaluation. Hence no need to worry about the complications of laser surgery.

Hence you can undergo laser refractive laser surgery.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
with regards
