How Serious Is Bilirubin ?
Question: My lab test results said that I have a bilirubin level of 2.7mg. I read that anything above 1.2mg is considered high. How serious is this? Is there anything I can do to lower the bilirubin level?

Thank you for responding. I have just uploaded the full report. This report was mostly about STDs. I've heard that fasting can raise your bilirubin levels and I was required to fast before the urinalysis. Is my current bilirubin level (2.7mg/dl) something to be seriously concerned about?
