Brief Answer: DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments: 1) ENDOGEST (Progesterone supplement) should be taken orally along with above medicine. You can take it for 5 to 7 days or as per your doctor's prescription and will get withdrawal bleeding like period within few days after stopping them. 2) Underlying cause could be hormonal imbalance, Poly Cystic Ovary, mental stress, emotional upset, irregular diet, high prolactin level, over weight, pelvic infection, thyroid disturbance etc for missed period. If you have irregular period or miss cycle quite often, then one pelvic ultrasound scan and hormone test like thyroid profile, prolactin level, LH/ FSH, DHEAS etc will be worthwhile to rule out the underlying cause and confirm the diagnosis. You can consult with your GYNECOLOGIST regarding this. In addition, you would take LOW CARBOHYDRATE diet with more green vegetables, drink more water, keep bowel habit regular, avoid mental stress by meditation or yoga, control or reduce body weight by regular physical exercise and maintain genital hygiene properly. Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query. Wish your good health and take care yourself.
