How Should I Address Radiating Numbness And Some Tingling From My Left Arm Shoulder To Fingertips While Getting Treated For Whooping Cough?

Question: I went to the E.R. with a bad cough thinking I might have whooping cough or pneumonia or walking pneumonia or something. My chest ex-ray says "No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality noted." But the ECG they did says "Abnormal ECG." I'm sending a copy of it and would like you to give me your opinion please, and tell me what it means? They had a bunch of people come in who were triaged correctly before me (stroke, broken bones etc.) but I felt so badly that I left after waiting only a couple of hours because I could see it would be a lot longer before they could get back to me. They said I could leave and it wouldn't be AMA, but that I'd have to start over for them to talk to me about the test results. Is there something that should be looked into about my heart according to the attached report? I've been super tired for ages, but figure I'm an old lady and should expect that, yes? Also, no pain, but some strange feelings like a little numbness and some tingling in my left arm shoulder to fingertips, and same thing in right hand (not right arm) but I know I have a lot of arthritis in my neck and joints. I live in a small town and don't want them to get upset if I bother them and I'm fine and don't need to bother them. Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Yes, ecg is having LBBB

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes, ecg is showing left bundle branch block. This may be a simply a age related change but may indicate under ischemia. So you should get your evaluation done. You should get an echo done and if echo is normal then should get stress test done.
Regarding tingling numbness, it's likely a cervical problem as occurring on both sides and present continuously. Cardiac will cause chest pain or heaviness associated radiation to left arm or sometimes tingling on exertion and relieves with rest. This is unlikely to be related to heart.
Regarding cough, do you still having it, if yes do you also have any fever, expectoration, rhinitis and shortness of breath? Its commonly occurs due to upper or lower respiratory tract infection.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
