The symptoms that she is having is likely to be due to muscle cramps related to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance and a poor nutrition. She needs a healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables and a protein rich diet with plenty of fluids. She also needs a B complex supplement and proper electrolyte supplements after getting her electrolyte levels evaluated.
For loose motions and nausea give her a bland diet, with no milk, black tea with lemon, and curd rice/khichdi with curd, and ripe bananas for a couple of days. Give plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
Get her stool examined and if it indicates infection or she is not better in two days, see her doctor for a course of antibiotics. She can meanwhile take Lomotil twice a day along with the diet I have suggested.
