Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query .
I would recommend you to apply permethrin 5 percent lotion on the entire body neck downwards, keep it overnight for 7-8 hours and take a bath in the morning.
The treatment has to be repeated after 10 days.
Also take tablet ivermectin 200 microgram per kg body weight single dose and it has to be repeated after 10 days.
This will cure pubic lice.
