Brief Answer:
Doctor can put a support to relieve pain and maintain proper position.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Broken toe needs healing which occurs naturally. In the meantime pain and malunion( uniting in a wrong position ,which can occur if nor treated) can be avoided by visiting an orthopedic surgeon , who will get your x rays and apply some splint ( support) to alleviate your pain and ensure healing in proper position.
Shoes cannot be used till the fracture has healed in about 4 weeks time. till that time some other kind of footwear has to be used.
Presence of bunion does not effect healing - so at present Bunion does not come into treatment protocol.

Thanks for the question.
