Question: If a supplement comes as a capsule and it is to large to be swallowed comfortably, can the powder be removed and taken mixed with a little water?

Brief Answer: Detailed below. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. It all depends what does such capsule contain. However general rule is that capsule protects the powder from stomach acid so it can be released in the intestine. Some capsules are build to give long lasting effect of medicine.
