Hello,
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern,
But before I can guide you any further, I would like you to upload a closer up picture of thee swelling if possible, so that I can gain an idea of the color and appearance.
Ideally a subcutaneous hematoma to the head, should resolve within a few days. Since this is persisting, and also seems to cause you headache, it can be due to the pressure on the deeper tissues.
I would suggest you to consult with your treating physician, for a proper drainage with a small incision. You may also require a short course of antibiotics, which should help in easy and faster healing of the wound.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.
