Brief Answer:
Possibly pressure ulcer

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The sore you noticed is likely to be a pressure sore. The area in the skin folds are prone to pressure ulcers. Moreover, formation of ulcers can also be triggered by skin retaining moisture.
Treatment will depend on the extent, depth of the ulcer and presence of necrotic tissue. Depending on the severity debridement of the ulcer along with antibiotics may be required for treatment.
So,please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for necessary evaluation.
Also, it is very important to control blood sugar level if you are diabetic.
Meanwhile, keep the area clean and dry. Apply bacitracin ointment and gauze dressing. Change the dressing every 12 hours.
