My granddaughter is running a fever for the last two days with a disturbing cough..
Given her Tylenol and fluids

Hi,

Is it dry cough or bring with sputum?
If it is dry cough you can give Sy ZYRTEC kids, twice a day depending on the age written on the medicine. Along you can give her a spoon of honey to suck on and not swallow it. You have to teach her how to suck in the mouth slowly.
If she has congestion with slight sputum, steam inhalation and BENADRYL CR would be better option.
Tylenol Junior works very well for kids running fever, just give it every 6 to 8 hours according to the dose mentioned on the bottle.
