Brief Answer:
Acute kidney disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Possibly, your father is having something called acute kidney injury. It might be due to an existing renal (kidney) disease or it could have developed suddenly.
The functional status of his kidneys are very bad indicated by high creatinine value (normal being.7 to 1.4).
Dialysis is mandatory to maintain the body function otherwise he will end up in serious complications.
Biopsy is advised to find out the cause for this sudden worsening.
Loss of cortico medullary differentiation is nothing but a medical term indicates poor status of kidney.
Continue current line of management.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks
