Hello. I have an itchy area on my lower right leg. That does not heal. Have had it for some time it started out as a small white patch. Now is itchy and scabs over but doesn't heal. Healthy female 52.with hx if breast cancer. Could this area be skin cancer. It has changed from a white spot to an itchy sore that won't heal.
