Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Feet itching can be due to allergic contact dermatitis, which can be caused by new laundry detergent. Other causes such as athlete's foot, or tinea pedis (fungal infection) or dry skin.

I suggest you use an intensive moisturizer.
A moisturizer that contains ingredients like Urea and Lactic acid in a cream form would be good. These are good moisturizing agents for dry, tough skin of soles and palms.
You may mix this moisturizing cream with an equal amount of a potent topical steroid cream e.g. clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream and apply twice daily, over affected areas.
You can take Tab. Cetirizine 10 mg once daily for a week will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

I hope this answered your query.
