How Should Face Flushing And A Headache After Coming In Contact With Mold And Its Fumes Be Treated?

Question: Hello
Today i found a large bag of cuban cigars that was forgotten about in my loft. It was an air tight, heat sealed bag and the bag contained 40 cuban cigars. It had been left sealed in my loft for about 3 years.
So i decided to open them and see if they could be revived and placed in a humidor. Upon opening the bag i picked a cigar up and put it close to my face, then i noticed it contained white and green mold on it. The white mold was in spots and the green was in patches around the cigar's base. About 30 of the 40 cigars had this mold on.
As soon as i picked the cigar up i gone very dizzy after getting a smell of the strong tobacco odor. Then my face suddenly gone extreme hot.
My face felt back to normal and the dizziness subsided. Then about 10 minutes later my left ear felt extremely muffled suddenly and my face and head gone boiling hot again.
My face and head has been going hot and cold for the last 2 hours or so.
I also have a mild headache that keeps coming and going.
Should i be concerned?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried about
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The facial flushing and head ache is due to the exposure to the fumes and mold present in the cigar. Since it was a short term exposure, tgere is nothing to be worried about.
Just make sure that your room is well ventilated. Stay hydrated and you can also take Tylenol for headache.
Please discard the cigars too.
Hope this answers your question

Thank you for the prompt answer Dr. Lekshmi. So just to confirm even the most toxic of molds can not do harm with such a short exposure? Just was a little concerned as you do hear of people dying and falling extremely ill from some of the more exotic mold types, such as black mold and similar.
Should i expect any worsening of Asthma or should it be all good?
I know it probably sounds bad to ask, but is there no way it would be safe to save the cigars? Maybe by freezing them or something? If they truly are dangerous then i will dispose of them tomorrow morning. Its just that they are worth over £600.
Thanks again :)
I mean some of the cigars are covered in blue/green and brownish mold, completely covered so these would definitely be binned. But i was referring to the ones in the same box etc.

Brief Answer:
You don't need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Such short exposure will not harm you. You don't have to worry about asthma or any other adverse health effects.
I totally understand your concern about discarding the expensive cigars. But since there are cigars heavily contaminated by mold in the box, it is best to throw away the entire box.
