How Should Insect Bite That Looks Like Brown Recluse Bites Be Treated?

Better to see a doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Most of the spider bites are harmless and even brown recluse bites rarely become lethal.
Brown recluse bite will be painless initially, after six to eight hours there will be a blister formation and leads to necrosis of skin( blackening). You might also experience fever and intense muscle pain.
As of now it is better to go to a hospital get a tetanus shot. Apply ice packs over the bite site. Start Antihistamines such as diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and oral prednisone. No antivenom is available for recluse bite.
These are universal protocol for suspected spider bite and have to be followed even if the bite is non recluse. It would be better if you attach a pic of bite mark.
Wishing all the best.
