My mother is facing insomnia. She is unable to sleep at night or day despite of her busy and tiring schedule. Please offer your valuable suggestions.
Currently she is consuming some medicines to get enough sleep.

I have gone through the details. It looks like she is having insomnia due to stress. I would suggest she controls her stress levels by regular walking 30 minutes everyday atleast once a day. Deep breathing exercises help relieve stress. Ask her to have small healthy meals. Eating 2 kiwi fruits/handful of walnut 1 hour before bed helps to sleep better.

Thanks for the suggestions dr. One more point I forgot to add, she is already doing yoga everyday in the morning since last 4-5 yrs.
