How Should Issues Like Cold, Headache , Stomach Problem Due To Allergy Be Treated And Cured?

Question: hi
past 3 week i am facing lots of health issues like cold, headache , stomach problem due to allergy
sneezing is too much.. at a time 100.
it start at very early morning and continue for 3 hours then automatically become normal.. again in the evening start with watering nose and continue till i sleep.
also with closed nose can't sleep properly.
please help.

Thank you for posting your query here.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Looking at the symptoms of sneezing,watery nasal discharge,nasal blockage,headache,etc,you are most probably suffering from Allergic Rhinitis(inflammation of the nose due to Allergy).

You may find relief by taking the following medications:
Antiallergic with decongestant with mild Analgesic like Levocetrizine with Phenylephrine with Paracetamol
(combination tablet containing levocetrizine with phenylephrine with paracetamol is available)
(you can take a decongestant tablet like phenylephrine ,only if you are not suffering from Hypertension),

Decongestant nasal spray like Oxymetazoline,

Antacid like Rantac.

You can also use a steroid nasal spray like Mometasone,if you are not finding much relief with oral antiallergic like Levocetrizine.

Also you need to find the source of allergy,and if possible avoid it.

Avoid dust.

Drink lots of warm fluids.
Do steam inhalation.

For the stomach problem,it would be advisable to consult a physician doctor.
