How Should Long Left Upper Quadrant Pain For A While Day Followed By Diarrhea, Flatulence And Bloating Be Treated?

Can be gastroenteritis however few tests are recommended.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The symptoms you are describing are mostly suggestive of gastroenteritis (commonly called stomach flu), which is the bacterial protozoal or viral infection of the intestine.
Stool analysis and culture are required to confirm the diagnosis. Management is with antibiotics (usually a combination of Ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole) for which you will need a prescription. So please be advised to follow up with the urgent care.
Meanwhile, drink plenty of water and electrolyte containing drinks like Gatorade. Follow soft diet. BRAT (Banana, Rice, Apple, and Toast) diet will be easier on your tummy.
You can also take Buscopan 10 mg thrice daily for abdominal cramps.
Take imodium 2mg twice to control loose stools(OTC).
For gas take omeprazole 40 mg with activated charcoal tablet(OTC).
Change in intensity of pain with posture is likely due to build up.of large amount of gas.
However if pain is not relieved after 2 doses an ultrasound has to be done.
Hope this answers your query
