How Should Low TSH, High T4, Low Vitamin-D And High BP Readings Be Medically Addressed?

Question: Recently I have done a full medical checkup in my office
There were couple of red flags in my report.
TSH-Ultrasensitive 0.239
Monocytes 178
RBC 5.81
HYDROXY VITAMIN D-TOTAL 20.0

After reading your post and going through your reports, I will need detailed medical history and name of medicines you are taking, if any.
Your blood pressure reading in the report is also on the higher side.
So it will be helpful for me to comment if you provide detailed medical/medicine history like if you are on Thyroid medicines or any antihypertensives, etc.

Hello Sir,

Currently I am not taking any medicine on regular basis.

Last time 4 months back I was suffering from viral fever at that time I took medicines prescribed by Dr for 5-7 days.

I have not taken any Thyroid medicines or any antihypertensives as per my knowledge.

Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
After going through your reports two readings should be of concern. Your TSH levels are low with T4 levels on higher side. You should get your Thyroid profile( including FT3 and FT4 in addition to T3, T4 and TSH ) repeated, preferably from another pathology. If TSH is lower it indicates towards Hyperthyroidism and needs medication.
Second, your Vitamin D3 levels are low. You should take Vitamin D 60 K supplement in dose of 60 K units once a week for four weeks.
Vitamin D 60 K supplement is available in different forms in the market like oral capsules, chewable tablets or in powder form in the form of sachets. You can take any one preparation in the dose prescribed.
Also monitor your blood pressure as it is on higher side. You should follow salt restricted diet.
