Brief Answer:
Male pattern baldness, minoxidil 5 percent lotion & hair supplements
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photograph and you seem to be having male pattern baldness.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply minoxidil 5 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily and take hair supplements like tablet follihair A once daily.
These medicines need to be continued for at least 4-5 months to see significant results in hair growth.

I have read many threads in HCM and almost everybody is complaining about side effects of finasteride like watery semen, adverse effect on sexual functioning, so I am bit scared about using it. can androanagen tablet be the replacement of finasteride? also could you tell me any good brand of these medicines like minoxidil 5% solution?
Brief Answer:
Can take androanagen tab instead of finastride
Detailed Answer:
Finasteride can cause sexual dysfunction in 1-2 percent of individuals which is reversible on continued treatment.
If you want to avoid finastride you can go for androanagen tablet.
You can use mintop forte or tugain lotion.
