How Should Pain Which Starts From Upper Side Of Abdomen Raising Towards The Back At Night Be Medically Treated?

Question: Hi doc Dad having pain which starts from upper side of abdomen and goes to back . Generally starts in night after dinner or in day time if do any extensive work. Gastriv history earlier but these sudden pains from last one month is concern No allergic no diabetes no other medical problem age 62 please review and letus know the way ahead Thanks and regards XXXX

pain started from.front side and radiating to back when do walking or hard physical movement of body. Gastic is from.long time Rest no medical history No diabetes and allery Age :62 Blood reports and CT scan report attached for reference.Do needful review and let us know what can be done further Thanks in advance

Hi,
Thanks for uploading the endoscopy reports.
Though it says Grade I Esophageal varices, I will not take it as significant as CT abdomen is normal.
Since pain occurs only during exertion, it is most likely to be muscle pain.
Taking paracetamol and physical therapy will provide relief.
