Brief Answer:
It suggests start of viral

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In absence of any other symptoms, this seems like start of a viral infection. Does she have headache, unsteady gait, dizziness, etc?

You can give her any anti-emetic like gravol etc that you have at home. In case of vomiting, give her ORS or clean water to drink.
Advil 100 mg 2 times a day will also be helpful.
Some lime water with salt and sugar will help in any electrolyte imbalance or hypoglycemia. Keep her well hydrated.

We can wait and watch. For now there is nothing to panic.

As we need to rule out a brain issue and to run tests, do see her doctor or at urgent center for an examination.
