Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your symptoms could be related to irritable bowel syndrome or any other bowel disorders. The blood in stool is suggestive of possible diverticulitis or polyps in the digestive tract.
The pain in this region region could be explained with the fact that it is irradiated from the bowel (abdominal pain is not usually well located).
Considering your performed tests, I would recommend performing a fibro-colonoscopy in order to investigate for possible anatomical changes in the digestive tract. The ultrasound has excluded a possible inguinal herniation or testicle disorders.
