
How Should Severe Head Congestion, Nausea Leading To Vomiting Along With Right Side Had Pain Every Morning Be Medically Addressed?

Question: Husband has severe head congestion when he first gets up in the morning. Head is clear overnight but actually throws up and has pain on right side of head in the am. Has had 2 ct scans and both show nothing.

Get an ESR testing.
Any history of visual loss?
Any snoring while sleeping?
Any fever?
Any sleep disturbances?
Amitriptyline or sertraline can be taken in night.
Evaluation by a neurologist will be helpful.

Could all the secretions be caused by sinus/ allergies, even though ct scan showed clear sinus cavities?
Also air conditioning makes him feel worse
