How Should Severe Lower Back Pain And Welts Around The Ankles Be Treated After Working Hard In The Garden?

Question: i was working hard in the yard gardening, went for a run then played golf, three holes in i developed a fever. the next day i had so much pain in my very lower back, butt I could not walk half a block without getting hot , in so much pain and felt nauseous had to sit down. saw a O.P. monday back looked good he thought it must be muscular, gave me a round of prednisone, muscle relaxer, ibuprofin. its been t
almost three weeks, my leg muscles hurt, first the thighs now the calves only. I have welts all over my calves that look like bug bites or allergic reaction to pine bushes. I was doing some weeding. I now have a fever , feel tired weak and still can hardly walk the pain is bad. what up????

he put me on prednisone, which did not seem to help
