Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Only Ultrasonography report attached.
If shows maintained flow means least chances of testicular torsion. It is suggestive of left Epididymo-orchitis.
The treatment then is necessarily medical with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications.
Also give scrotal support.
Rest as much as possible.
Plenty of oral fluids.
Review blood and urine reports as well as Ultrasonography of abdomen for genito-urinary system, scrotum with color doppler flow also.

I hope this answer helps.

Brief Answer:
Needs an anti-inflammatory, scrotal support and rest

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Antibiotic given is fine.
Better to give an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suit the patient.
Epididymo-orchitis take more time to settle.
Give scrotal support and full bed rest.
Plenty of oral fluids.
Urine report looks fine.
What about the culture report?
Also get an Ultrasonography of abdomen for genitourinary system.
And review ultrasonography with color doppler for scrotum to know the exact changes after treatment. MRI is a very good investigation for such cases.

I hope this answer helps you.
You may please take an opinion of a Pediatric Surgeon or Urologist.
