Brief Answer:
Vitamin B12 deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your blood report.

You are having vitamin B12 deficiency.

I would advise you to take injections of 1 mg cyanocobalamin weekly during the first month and every 3 months subsequently with your doctors advise till your vitamin B12 comes to normal level

I would also advise you to have fish and seafood or beef liver in your diet.

Brief Answer:
Take 1000 μg of oral cyanocobalamin tablet daily

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your vitamin B12 deficeincy is moderate

You can take 1000 μg of oral cyanocobalamin tablet daily with your doctors advise for 3 months and then do a repeat blood test for vitamin B12.

If it returns to normal then ok or continue the oral medicine for another 6 months and then stop.
