Question: how long could I of had this and not know about it with no out brakes
std herpers looks like the pictures I see , all over the wall of my penis , but have never had an out break until now .so was wanting how long this could be in my system before showing up

Genital herpes usually takes 2 to 10 days to start manifesting its symptoms in an infected partner. Itching and pain is the first to appear followed by small red bumps or small white blisters. These blisters then rupture and form ulcers and finally scabs. Along it with flu like symptoms like headache, fever, muscle ache and swollen lymph nodes.
Gt viral cultures, PCR and blood tests done first to confirm whether its herpes or not. You may be worrying for simple benign lesion like fordyce spot , a clogged sebaceous pore and usually self resolves in a week or two.
You may be trying to add pictures but there isn't any to comment on. But as far as your review is concerned, i can say it may not even be herpes. Or it may have erupted in a week after exposure. Talk to a sexologist or infectious disease specialist and let them sort it out.
