The uterus measures 4x6x8 cm in size. The endometrium is thickened at 17 mom. A 2 cm fibroid is an incidental finding. The right ovary can not be identified. The left ovary is 2x2x1 cm in size. Color Doppler shows blood flow to the left ovary. No adnexal masses or free fluid is seen.
Impression
17 mm thickening of the endometrium.
I typed this from the report. Can't upload. Haven't got a computer.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
You should go for endometrial biopsy as early as possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have worked through your ultrasound report and it is showing your endometrial thickness is too thick(17 mm).
You had vaginal bleeding and associated 17 mm thickened endometrium.( it should be less than 6 mm normally)
So you should go for endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial cancer as early as possible.
Are you taking any type of hormone replacement therapy? because it may also cause increase endometrial thickness.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.
Good luck.
