Brief Answer: consult a gynecologist for MTP. Detailed Answer: Hello mam, your fibroids were larger at the time of LSCS because of pregnancy induced hyperplasia which occurs commonly. If you want to abort this pregnancy you need to get some laboratory tests and a fresh ultrasound for size and location of fibroids and gestation of fetus. In my opinion you should visit a gynecologist who can prescribe you the right dose after examining you because you don't have a simple pregnancy it is associated with two complications viz - fibroids - previous LSCS. Any abortive medication has its inherent risks and benefits and only after analyzing your reports and proper examination the correct dose and drug can be selected. In your case there is risk of excessive uncontrollable bleeding and even uterine rupture. Wish you the best of health and you can get back to me anytime if you have any queries.

1. If I want to continue this pregnancy is there any problem? because I have consumed separate antibiotics for viral fever&cold and throat infection during 17/03/2012 to 21/03/2014 and my L.M.P is 22/02/2014(which was mistakenly written 22/03/2014 in previous history). 2. And this month involving 2 to 3 time travelling involves between living places to in-laws, etc which having duration of 8 to 10 hr, for marriage of my brother in law. Also involves some activities during marriage so I feared if continuing this pregnancy. 3. Another things I want to say I have already consumed some homeopathy medicine for aborting but it is unsuccessful and bleeding etc. found. 4. In this situation I unable to take proper decision what to do. so please suggest.

Brief Answer: continue the pregnancy Detailed Answer: Hello dear, as far as antibiotics are concerned the time period you are telling me is when you must have just conceived so if the pregnancy is progressing then those antibiotics have not left any effect behind. But the homeopathic medicine for abortion is a matter of little concern to me and for that you should consult the doctor who has prescribed the same. Traveling should be avoided ideally in first trimester but if important then plan it via a train or flight. This pregnancy has higher chance of abortion than others so you need to take extra care moreover planned abortion also has significant risk so better continue your pregnancy. Wish you all the best.
