I strongly recommend that its should be done on an intensive care units.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Ionotonic support for heart failure unfortunately is recommended to be given in an intensive care units settings.
The ionotonic support therapy can't be given in a subacute ward because of its to many side effects and complication that may precipitate / or worsen the HF (heart failure).
This is why i strongly recommend that its should be done on an intensive care units.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
