Tab.rabeprazole 20 mg daily once for 3-4 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
From the question, i understand that your problem is acidity. The following are few treatment options :
1)Tab. Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily before food for 3 weeks for duodenal and gastric or stomach ulcer.
2) If you have severe epigastric pain due to stomach ulcer, you can take omez insta 1 XXXXXXX into half glass of water and drink. Immediate relief can be achieved.
3) After having food, stay upright atleast for 2 hrs.
4) Avoid increase in intraabdominal pressure like chronic coughing that may cause reflux of food and gastric irritation.
