Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
You have a good active life style, with no other risk factor for deranged lipid profile.
Only a few things you need to observe and modify:
1. Quit Alcohol. I won't suggest even once in a while. Alcohol is the most common reason for derangement of lipid profile.
2. Prefer to have a good breakfast, an average satiety lunch and a light dinner.
3. Avoid or moderate the amount of Potatoes, Oil, Unsaturated fat, butter, rice.
4. Exercise daily, your weight is fine, but a slight reduction in weight with these life style changes would give you a desired cholesterol levels.
I am sure you would follow this and would live a healthy and happy life.
If you have any further query please ask me.
