Brief Answer:
very difficult to avoid pregnancy now

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

No, it is very difficult to avoid pregnancy after 7 days.
Emergency contraception are two types-
1) Emergency pills- can be effective up to 5 days
2) Cu-T-it can be effective up to 5-7 days.

In your case it is now 7 days from last Saturday.
You can consult your treating doctor and with her opinion you can insert Cu-T.

But you should remember one thing that emergency contraception does not protect an established pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query If you have further questions I will be happy to help you.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
