Question: Hi I delivered a baby 3 months ago sday me n my husband did inter course without condom I doubt sperm went inside .Please say some remedy to avoid pregnancy and I'm in exclusively breast feeding

I had 3 days of heavy bleeding in the 45th day after my delivery I dono whether it is periods or not after that I never got any bleeding or periods till now
