I want to know how to avoid premature ejaculation and how to increase the intercourse period for more than 30ms................ which is the best position to have sex for getting pregnant....
Premature ejaculation is actually the most common sexual problem that men under 40 experience.
It is thought that it may be related to nerve conduction to the penis, hormonal issues and psychological issues.
There are no specific tests that are done to investigate though some doctors may suggest a testosterone level if there is any impotence as well.
Treatment involves the use of sexual therapy techniques, topical creams and oral medication.
In terms of sexual therapy, there are certain techniques called stop and start or squeeze and pause, it was made popular by two doctors called masters and XXXXXXX These methods are to help you delay ejaculation. It is highly successful and involves various steps. There are different steps, some of them are :(1) your partner should stimulate you slowly with her hands, stopping as soon as you think you may ejaculate (2) when you feel that you may, she is to apply pressure to the penis just behind the glans, with most of the pressure under the penis, it should be firm and not painful
(3)when the feeling as though you would ejaculate goes, then stimulation begins again
(4)this should be repeated at least 10 times
(5)after doing this for a while ( 1 to 2 weeks or more if you think needed) , then the two of you will face each other and the stimulation would now involve external vaginal contact, stopping as soon as the feeling of ejaculation comes.
(6) after doing this a few times and the time to ejaculation has increased then normal intercourse can be done with your partner in the upper position so she can withdraw and apply pressure if necessary
In addition to this , you can try using lidnocaine creams which you may obtain from your local pharmacy. These creams decrease sensation and may prolong the experience.
The medications that have been found to be effective are in the SSRI family. This family of drugs is normally used for depression, anxiety but they have been found to be highly effective for premature ejaculation as well and are commonly prescribed for this problem. They would require a prescription. Some common examples are zoloft, paxil.
There is no particular sexual position that is necessary for pregnancy to occur.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
