Brief Answer:
Usually 3-4 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. Well it depends on how long you 've been taking simvastatine, but in most cases such high liver markers elevation, should gradually fall down to normal values within 1 month after stopping it. Also, other possible causes of liver damage should be ruled out since this is pretty significant elevation of LFT which may not be caused only by simvastatine. Wish you good health.Regards
