How To Calculate The Luteal Phase?

Luteal phase starts on the 14th day afrom the start of your menses!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
Luteal phase starts ion the 14th day after the onset of your menses. With your last menses being on the 11/17, your luteal phase started on the 1st of December. It is early to tell whether you simply have a delayed period or you are pregnant. I recommend that you monitor for at least a week before doing a pregnancy test if your menses don't show up. My wish is that your heart's desire be met. However, it is luck getting pregnant and we encourage our clients to try for as much as one year before getting worried of inability to.
I hope this answers your question and helps provide guidance. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information if need be.

I recommend January first if no menses!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will recommend you wait up to January 1st 2015 before going in for any pregnancy test. This would be 2 weeks after the date of your expected menses.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. If you have any further doubts, please kindly address them to me and i will respond to.

You are welcome!
